1. Self-Drive Requirements
If you’re renting a car for self-driving, here’s what we’ll need:
- Local Residents (Own House): CNIC, a security bank cheque equal to the car’s value, and one recent utility bill.
- Local Residents (Rented House): CNIC, a rental agreement, one guarantor, and a security cheque equal to the car’s value.
- Overseas Clients (No Property Ownership): A valid passport with visa.
2. Booking & Payment
- Bookings are confirmed with a 15% advance deposit.
- The remaining balance is paid in full at the time of pickup or delivery.
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods.
3. Security Deposit
A refundable security cheque equal to the car’s value is required. This is returned once the car is handed back in the same condition.
4. Insurance
We offer optional insurance at an extra cost, aligned with the car’s insurance policy. Any damages not covered by insurance remain the renter’s responsibility.
5. Using the Vehicle
- You are responsible for the car during the rental period.
- The car must not be used for illegal activities, racing, or off-road driving.
- Smoking inside the vehicle and carrying hazardous materials are not allowed.
6. Fuel Policy
Cars are handed over with a set amount of fuel and should be returned with the same level. Extra fuel used is the renter’s responsibility.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancel 48 hours before your booking, and you’ll get a refund (minus the deposit).
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
8. Your Responsibilities
- Return the car on time and in good condition.
- Any traffic fines, tolls, or violations are your responsibility.
- Lost keys, documents, or accessories will be charged separately.
9. Airport Pickup & Drop
- Airport transfers should be booked in advance with your flight details.
- If there’s more than a 1-hour delay without prior notice, additional waiting charges may apply.
10. Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if requirements are not met. These terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
